– Development of LV wiring harnesses, including routing, specification, labeling, and maintenance..

Requirements– Foundational knowledge of circuit theory.
– Meticulous attention to detail and methodical approach for troubleshooting.
– Interested in ECAD software (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD).

EEE2202Electrical
Job Description– Construction of the accumulator pack from cell-level to sector-level integration.
– Implementation of insulation monitoring, leakage current detection, and over-current protection systems.
– Installation and routing of high-voltage cabling with a focus on shielding, connection integrity, and safety.
– Contribution to the design, assembly, and optimization of the vehicle’s charger
– Design electrical containers and internal layout

– EEE and ME students preferred
Requirements– Paramount focus on safety protocols and procedures.
– Understanding of electrical insulation, protection schemes, and high-voltage hazards.
– Hands-on aptitude and experience for precise mechanical assembly and systematic validation.

Job Description– Configuration, tuning, and development of control algorithm for Vehicle Control Unit (VCU).
– Motor Control Unit (MCU) configuration and tuning
– Battery Management System (BMS) configuration and tuning.
– Data Systems & HMI: Development of the driver dashboard interface and real-time data acquisition/telemetry systems.
Field of Study– Any discipline
– EEE and CS students preferred
Requirements– Interested in embedded C/C++ programming for real-time systems.
– Analytical mindset for data analysis, system modeling, and performance optimization.
– Understanding of communication protocols (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C) is a significant advantage.
– Interest in telemetry software or protocol analysis software (eg. Cangaroo, Matlab Simulink)
