創星匯位於香港，是一個獨立的非營利組織，本學院透過推動新太空經濟，促進全球的包容性和可持續發展，旨在為全球對太空發展有抱負的年輕領袖提供發展支持，同時開創一個促進合作、研究和創新的新時代。創星匯是香港大學太空研究實驗室的合作夥伴，同時與全球具有前瞻性的太空發展相關的機構及頂尖學府通力合作如香港理工大學等，共同為太空經濟貢獻力量。
The Orion Astropreneur Space Academy (OASA) in Hong Kong is an independent, non-political, and not-for-profit action-oriented leadership development academy for global young leaders with stellar and outer space aspirations. The Academy is a member of the global leadership development initiatives with other space onboarding and off-boarding institutions such as the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong, Laboratory for Space Research at the University of Hong Kong, and other forward-looking and space-related institutions and world-class educators who believe together we can connect, contribute, and make a meaningful contribution through active transformation.
